"This was by far the worst hotel I have ever walked out of. We checked in and went to the first room 115 opened the door to find a large pile of garbage on the floor, no bedding. I went back to the office and they moved us to 217. Walked in to find the heater broken. The only reason we stayed here was because our power went out at home. Fixtures falling off the wall, every si gle wall had fluids of varying colors splattered all over them, toilet seat wad broken, no shower curtain, no towels, grease caked on the back splash behind the range top, damaged fire sprinkler, and the countertop was breaking apart. They offered us a refund with no question because they knew how bad it was. As I was telling the receptionist about the issues there were other people coming in to demand a refund because their rooms were disgusting. For $83.00 I don't expect a five star hotel experience but I expect a room to be clean. We went down the street and for $28.00 more got a great room at comfort inn where nothing was broken or gross and the heat works and they have free breakfast. I really hope I don't have to fight to get the refund they promised as they told us they were unable to give us a receipt showing the refund and it still has not been put back into my account. This place needs to be demolished. Update. They have now not only not processed the refund they offered for the room we couldn't stay in but have billed my account multiple times creating an overdraft. I have attempted to contact a manager but have been unsuccessful. I filed a complaint with ref roof inn but that seems to be going nowhere. I have initiated stop payments on each transaction with my bank and hoping that will get this issue resolved. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had dealing with a hotel."

"I must say that this is worst hotel experience I have had this far. They don't have a person a the front desk ., you have to call him and wait for him wherever he is coming from. The room was dirty I had to housekeeping in my room to make it feel ok. At check out the person at the front desk tells me he is not allowed to give me back my deposit until 11am when they open. I'm like I aheb to leave when I have to leave, I have to wait for my money smh.. it's been over two weeks and coportate won't help me get my deposit back. So your gonna just keep my money?????"

"This was by far the dirtiest room I have ever walked into, stayed in cleaner places in Iraq. We walked into the room, and cigarette smoke instantly hits you. All the walls are dirty. Behind the bathroom door was disgusting, not to forget about the bags of garbage left on the catwalk that has a nasty odor. Pulled back the blanket to check do the bedbugs. In the room less than 10 minutes before we walked out. They called to see if we needed anything and told them we wouldn’t be staying. They said to call Expedia for the refund, Expedia is saying the red roof needs to do the refund. Now the gal who told us to get the refund is denying the refund because she claims the room was used. I’d say itt was used, used and never cleaned by the locals that live in that motel. It would be cleaner staying in a tent at a homeless camp."

"Location was great. Plenty of shopping and dining. If you do not have transportation, you can walk to many places. The hotel room was clean upon arrival, but during the 3 day stay Housekeeping never came to the room to clean, bring fresh towels etc. The Hotel Grounds could use some cleaning. There was trash scattered throughout the Facility as well as some personal belongings of other Guest. Since we had to check out earlier than the expected check out time, it was hard reaching the Front Desk to get insteuctions on how to vacate the room. When we called the Feont Desk during the normal business hours the Staff never answered the office phone. All in all it was fair experience."

"room was very comfortable. excellent mattress, great water temp and pressure in the shower. definitely could use more counter top/ service areas. had to sit everything from food to makeup to beverage on the floor.. there was a chest of drawers but it was put on the side of the bed as a nightstand (my boyfriend had that side) & there was a small breakfast table but as there was NO cabinet counter space the table was covered in food and other items. the front desk clerk was very pleasant and helpful she was 5*"
