"The office manager Mallory is the best! She is understanding and she will work with you. Any issues I have she addresses them head on. She understands we're not robots and life happens. She needs to get a raise. She will also let you vent which is needed."

"This place is a dump. When I 1st moved in they had only painted it and replace the carpet. Maintenance was in my apartment for 2 months straight just To bring the apartment to living standards. The closest doors never stayed on track. The bathroom developed mold in it and I had to fight to get them to come in to replace the bathroom when we couldn't breathe With an infant in the home that was Premature born under 2 pounds. The bathroom in the hallway had the mold problem The bathroom in the master bedroom the shower And the knobs always leaked for the 4 years I live there. After moving out They try to defraud me with putting a lot of charges on my Account stating damages to the unit when these were the same damages that were there every since I moved in. Don't move to this complex. This is the Suburban ghetto of Livonia. Fighting them in court!!! No stars deserved"

"Moved in and broke lease to move out almost immediately. Was only there 2 weeks, but within that time there was water pouring from the bathroom vent above our toilet. We had to leave our toilet seat lid open at all times so that the water pouring from upstairs would mainly go into the toilet instead of all over the floor. The sound of the water pipes bang so loud throughout the night that we couldn’t sleep. Entrance door lock was sticking and key barely worked. No striker plate on interior door so not only was it unsafe, but when neighbors came and went the exterior door SLAMS and then the interior door bangs and jiggles around. Not something I want to hear all hours of the day and night. 6 grown men allowed to live all together across the hall in a 2 bedroom apartment that smoked so much pot it smelled like they were sitting in our living room. Found 3 roofing nails in my tires after they had roofers there redoing roofs. Absolutely horrendous for the nearly 1700/month rent. Do not lease here!!"

"I have been coming by for the past two Saturday’s during business hours with finding the office door locked both instances. I was quite upset but I drove by again today hoping to change my luck. I met with Stephanie. Stephanie is VERY professional and made me feel like she truly cared about my situation. Sadly, the apartments were out of my price range which resulted in me not being able to move here. Stephanie asked for my price range and preference of location. She took time out of her busy day even though the phones was ringing she was still committed to help me find some apartment complex that would fit my needs and stay in my budget. She even helped me set up an appointment at one complex and gave me directions. From looking around for a long time normally I walk out of the office with no information and wasting my time. I could not be any more satisfied with Stephanie’s level of customer service. Due to her I will recommend this apartment complex just by the service I received. I normally do not write reviews but I wanted to recognize her hoping maybe someone will tell her that reads these reviews."
