"have lived here for almost 2 years and this is an extremely nice apartment, very affordable. lots of the medical students first and second year live here. location is perfect and right across from campus. maintenance is awesome (shout out to ricky especially he always seems to be the one who comes out) and always responds within 1 day of our non-urgent requests and oncall responded immediately when the power went out and it was back up for the complex in under a few hours. would recommend trying to get a 2nd or 3rd floor balcony if available."

"The Boulevard! Great place to live close to every good thing you can think of. Absolutely beautiful property Chelsea ,Nick and the crew keep the Boulevard clean. Very responsive when repairs are needed. friendly and diverse community . Nice area to go for walks and enjoy nature year round. You’ll see deer rabbits hawks ducks great herring birds and other wildlife here. Beautiful summer and winter. I’m a long time resident and have truly enjoyed living here I think you will too!"

"I lived here for over a year and really enjoyed the complex. I moved in right after the unit was renovated and everything was very well done. Anytime we had an issue, maintenance was so quick to respond and fix it. I used the fitness center regularly and it was well kept and had enough equipment for a good workout. Staff was also very friendly and kind, especially Ken. He got to know us and would always wave or stop to say hi when we saw him around. I had packages delivered when I was out of town, and Ken was willing to get them and put them in my apartment so they wouldn't have to sit outside. Also quiet and friendly neighborhood. Would definitely recommend!"

"I have been living here for 2 years and it has been a wonderful experience. It's clean, quiet, beautiful especially with the pond view, the neighbors are great, and the management/maintenance is so easy to work with. Ken remembers all the tenants, and his friendly and helpful demeanor is what differentiates this place from everywhere around! And this is why I tell all the incoming OUWB medical students I come across to choose this apartment as well. My dog absolutely loves getting treats from Ken too. Thank you!"

"Boulevard apartments has been an incredible place that I could call home for a couple years. The complex is nothing short than amazing. Ken, the property manager truly gets to know all of his tenants and is always ready to help whenever you need, maintenance always responds to requests promptly (even same day!), the neighborhood is incredibly safe and quiet, the space is very spacious and comfortable and the team is very friendly! I truly will have to say that Ken is the best property manager I have ever encountered (and probably will ever encounter) and makes living at Boulevard even better! :)"
