"Hawthorne club is a great place to live the community is amazing very quiet not too noisy! Management staff- Jeanie are good with communicating to helping with anything. Maintenance is always there when you call even during closed office hours. I would recommend this place and they’re good in rent based pricing."

"the people that work in the leasing office are very rude disrespectful and unprofessional. i called multiple times before getting any of our paperwork situated and told them we have all the paperwork expect the W2 they assured me that it would be fine and bring eveything in anyway and pay for the application fee. i dropped off a money order of $23 to their mailbox along with all the other paperwork they asked of us. the next day to my shock i open my gmail and they tell me they’re not able to move forward without my money order and my W2. first of all if somebody is working in their office stealing checks that isn’t the residents fault, on top of that we already mentioned that we wouldn’t be bringing a W2 from the very beginning and they still told me that it was fine. When i got on the phone with them they acted like they didn’t care, kept brushing me off, and kept repeating the same thing over and over “we can’t do anything without your w2” well if you knew that then tell me that from the first time i mention it to you and don’t make me pay for a money order that isn’t refundable. i’m so disappointed with these peoples actions especially the mean older women. do better hawthorne!! you’re embarrassing!!!!"

"Since i first called to apply Gabby was nothing but helpful and patient with me no matter how many times i would call or questions i would ask, she was always quick to call back with updates on my application progress, She gave me multiple viewings of the apartment i would be renting and gave me a list of everything i thought would need fixing to fill out, and was just a sweetheart overall. Im on month 3 of living hear and can say that the maintenance team is also very respectful of my apartment and property when entering, and fixed all problems ive had so far within a reasonable time. So far my experience here has been a positive one."
