"updated on 4/17/23. I have lived here for 5 years now. Gone through several different managers. We now have Celine as our manager so my review will focus on the present year 2023, and not the past. Celine has been great so far. I think she is really trying to clean this place up and run it like a business. No complaints there. Amanda, the maintenance lady, is AWESOME and truthfully knows more maintenance things than any other man that has ever stepped foot in my apartment. The complex is old and needs a lot of work, but its cheap, so I don't know what some of these people expect. Now time for the bad. The groundsman, Judd, is very weird, creepy, nosy, and makes me feel uncomfortable living here. I have already reported him to the office & I just make sure to always be on the lookout for him when I am walking my dog. Other than that, this isn't a bad place to live."

"I lived here two years ago. I have dealt with constant flooding which caused mold and ruined a lot of my furniture. Management would never fix the flooding or replace my carpet. All I wanted was my carpet to be replaced due to my constant respiratory infections. When they did come to “fix” the issue they would come 3 days later and put a fan underneath the carpet that was already covered in black mold. Management kept changing and every time I brought up the constant flooding issue they had no idea what I was talking about. I had to leave this situation that never got resolved and they want to take me to court and say I caused damages when it was all from the flooding. Do not rent from here, especially the basement apartments."

"I lived there for 5 years. I just moved out for the new manager kicking me out for complaining about the moldy basement. They never came and fixed anything in the apartments always had an excuse. When they did fix it, it always broke again for it not being fixed right. You also will be paying 60 dollar a month for water bill you have no meter they get the bill and break it up with all apartments. You are paying for all the leaks in the basement. You will not have hot water unless you run the water for 0 to 15 mins. I do not recommend anybody moving in here."

"I’ve been on the waiting list for like a year. They never answer the phone or emails, so I had to stop in and apply. I’ve periodically been checking in to see if there are any updates, and while I’ve heard back a couple times, now it seems like they never answer again. Extremely unfortunate as I was really looking forward to living here. If this is how they treat potential residents I can only imagine how they treat the current residents. Guess I dodged a bullet with this one. Do better guys!"

"Been here for a little over 4 years, when we 1st moved in the place was well kept and smelled really nice in the hall ways now that Denise is no longer managing the place everything is horrible. The halls smell like wet dogs due to tenants having dogs and not taking care of them. They are now charging us for water and but we don't have our own individual water meters so everyone bill is different. we don't have a regular maintenance man anymore its all these random men coming in and out saying their maintenance. The manager is lost and confused. It's sad so sad"
