"Nice renovated single-ranch like home apartment. The few repairs I needed were done at a timely fashion; maintenance right on it. However, my 1st 2 DTE bills were $300+ a piece due to electric heaters they have in these apartments. They are not energy efficient and use alot of electricity. I’m a little worried about the summer time because these units are used for A/C as well. If this continues, I may consider moving else where. $300 is just out of my budget and I have to use these units to be comfortable. I feel all apartments should be updated with personal furnaces and A/C compressor units with digital thermostats. Other than that, nice and quiet area and not far from shopping centers."

"Nice studio apartment for a college student. Power goes out a lot during rain and snow storms. My neighbors were friendly and quiet. The landlord Sheri will only be in contact when she needs something but never to address any concerns. A person broke into my car and after contacting the police I requested to see tapes. Never responded. Also will allow people in your apartment while you aren’t home just to show them what it will look like. L manager but really nice apartment but not nice enough for $800 a month for 200 sq feet."

"I LOVE IT HERE!!!! my overall experience has been extremely pleasant. The apartments are a nice size, the amenities are as advertised, the management and maintenance are amazing and accommodating. I love my neighbors, maintenance does an amazing job with keeping the quarters clean at all times. I would 1000% recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice, clean safe place to live."

"Pretty decent quiet place to live, in my opinion. The new manager Sheri is pleasant, has gotten rid of the rift raft that was here, and is enforcing the rules. Some people don't like it. But you can't make everyone happy. The new maintenance guy Harry gets work done timely. Seems like they are taking care of the place. I would recommend it."
