"Honestly I couldn’t be happier living here. Tonisha and the entire office staff were nothing but helpful during my application process , Tonisha got me into a unit that I absolutely love ! I have way more space than my last rental house . My neighbors are incredibly polite. I haven’t had a single issue in the two months I’ve been here. Plenty of parking , visible from the unit. Woodcrest really is the best ."

"Ms.Tonisha was awesome from start to finish she answered all my questions. She kept a open line of communication even on days when she wasn’t going to be in the office she let me know if I had questions to just leave her an email and she’d answer them when she got back in. She made Me laugh and was very easy to work with if you’re looking for a nice place to stay and a great person to show you around come see Ms. Tonisha at Woodcrest Apartments"

"please do not fall for the way the apartment is set up. When you first move in a looks nice however, the office staff and maintenance are horrible. I moved in here in November of last year and I have been trying to get a screen put in my patio door every sense. I have put in maintenance request for multiple things going on in my apartment, and it has been almost 3 months now since those things have been attempted to be taken care of. my patio door won’t even lock, the last maintenance man told me that they would have to replace the whole patio door and brought me a stick to put in the door…. Then, when I brought it up to the next maintenance man, he said that the last maintenance man did not know how to fix the door, and he would fix it. But of course, that never happened ….Also, I’ve been in this apartment for over a year now and when I asked for new blinds, they had the nerve to tell me I had to pay for them!!! I also requested new carpet and they told me that I can get a carpet cleaning but I haven’t even received any type of communication about when that will be scheduled. I should not have to call a office multiple times for people to do their job .Then they basically told me that I had to grant permission to enter my apartment, or my maintenance request would not be answered. When I first moved in here, it was starting issues like my cabinet not closing all the way which can be a safety hazard to my kids, I was ensured I will be getting a whole new replacement of my bathroom. But it has been a year now and none of that has been done. And this is a constant issue I have brought up as well as my screen. Waiting for over a year for a screen is insane . I guess it was just about the money. I would not recommend moving here at all, and I cannot wait to get out of here . The presentation would get you. These apartments are not worth the money, it takes months to get things done, and then they have the to turn around and want to charge you some blinds! Tuh…"

"No one that works here is ever willing to help in a timely manner or in the time they say it will be taken care of. It is a constant struggle to get anyone to answer a phone or return a call. I've had issues that have gone unresolved for the entire nine months we've been here. Nothing is professional. Office is always making it seem like they're so busy and just will feed you line after line of excuses. I could say more, but the rest of these reviews are fairly accurate from what I'm seeing. It would just be nice to have some proper and professional assistance instead of being treated like we don't pay our rent. Next step from here is calling the News."

"I’ve had a multiple issues and have reported them to the office myself. It’s been weeks and still no help, no estimate on when someone will be out here, the AC worked when I moved in and stopped less than 2 weeks after. Having to use fans to keep cool has been running up my electric bill a lot. Most likely leaving here as soon as the lease ends. Do not recommend esp for those with pets"
