"Moved in on May 26th, 2023 and absolutely love it here. Apartments are very nice and the grounds are beautiful! People are friendly and I love my 1st floor patio. My bedroom is big with a 12-foot long closet! Awesome! Theresa and Dave are wonderful!"
"I have been a resident for three years. This is one of the best places I’ve lived. It’s very peaceful quiet and the people are very friendly. I especially am thankful for the office staff Teresa and Lanore. They are great employees. They are very friendly and helpful at all times. Also want to give kudos to our maintenance man Dave as well. I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone for a beautiful place to call home."
"Just moved in and so far everything is fine. Theresa the manager is friendly and easy to talk to. Seem to take care of any issues promptly. Maintenance guys are polite and fixed everything I asked them to. There wasn’t much to fix as the apartment was in good shape to begin with. My apartment over looks the pool and couldn’t be happier moving from my previous apartment. Apartments are clean and rent is reasonable this day and age. I was paying 1500 for a 3 bedroom and it looked nice outside but inside was a mess. I’m happy for now not being able to find a house with this market."
"I have nothing but good things to say about Regent Court Apartments! Very spacious apartments mine was updated and beautiful the grounds were very nice! all my interactions with Theresa the manager was very pleasant she is awesome! This review was left right after I move out! But now I feel totally different about Regent Court Apartments I left the unit in excellent condition and they still found a way to keep my deposit stated the bedroom carpet had a spot that couldn't be removed so the whole unit carpet was replaced!! Really like I'm stupid you didn't have to replace the entire apartments and you didn't just flat out CROOKS!!"
