"This place is not for a family with children or black race. Cheryl is a joke and will not do her part as a manager. She will have no explanation for entering without request, an violation of respect for other's and also if she finds out your ill or sick she will rush you to move out asap and she send a disgusting man to stand and watch you, not to mention he is no security or police of any kind. If your black all previous tenants has has the worse experience with this apartment. The man who watches make everyone uncomfortable and he so rude. The place is out of date and they need to have a inspection immediately. This place is Not for everyone and makes everyone around uncomfortable. Look deep and do your research before considering this place. I promise you the only up to this is the apartment location and the amenities surrounding the area."
"About a month ago now, I saw this apartment listing online and it was my first choice at the time (I am moving in a couple months) so I submitted the inquiry form on their website and asked a few questions about the application process, availability, etc and was told I would hear back shortly. A bit of time goes by and I didn't hear anything and I also wanted to add another question so I submitted the form again. I didn't receive a response that way either. I even called and left a message stating my email (my phone is having some issues taking calls so I specified that I would prefer to ask a couple questions over email) and I never heard back from that either. It has been weeks now and I have since found other buildings to look at but I was very disappointed in the lack of responsiveness and communication."
"I really enjoy living here. Been here over a year now and no complaints. I never need any maintenance or to report anything. It's really quiet here. Like really quiet. The only noise I hear are the squirrels playing lol (So many cute friendly squirrels) or the apartments across the street but that's only if I'm outside. The walls are really thick here. Very spacious for a one bedroom with the laundry room inside. I put my bike in there. I love being so close to everything too. Lots to walk to. It's a great place to live."
