"We are a family of 4 with 2 children. We have lived here for two years and are very happy. The pool is great. Maintenance responds quickly. Shannon is always amazing whenever we have issues. Specifically I'm writing this review because we have a new property manager and she is fabulous. My favorite part about living here are the community events like the summer pool party. Now that Risharri is here there is so much more to look forward to. Since risharri came ..... Thursdays are now sweet treats at the leasing office. My kids love when there are fun things for the residents. In July there will be an ice cream truck!! I hope mgmt allows her to do more because it's super kid friendly and something our kids think are fun and they already look forward to next Thursday sweet treats. For anyone that has children and actually reads reviews.... deerfield woods is a great place to raise a family. The schools are amazing. We have one at coolidge and the other is at riley. I child write a whole other 5 star review about each of them. The location is great. Very close to 275, 96, 696, and grand river. We are actually walking distance to a lot. McDonald's is super close. But if you're like us and up for a longer walk you (within 1.5 miles) there's: speedway, kroger, arbys, dunkin donuts, taco bell, Jimmy John's, sit down restaurants, pizza, Chinese,, hardware store, memorial park (insane playground), liquor store, walgreens, etc, etc. If you ride a bike there anything you could ever need."

"Just returned from seeing the Deerfield Woods Apts in Livonia. The star is Shannon, the leasing agent. She is helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. The apartments are very nice and the residents that I saw seem very happy there. Seems like a wonderful place to live."

"I'm in the process of moving in, so I won't really rate the apartment itself yet - though it all looks good to me - but these five stars are for Shannon in the office. She was kind, patient, and always ready to answer my questions. I don't know what you're paying Shannon, but I'm going to say she deserves a raise!"

"Shannon in the leasing office is fantastic! Had a TERRIBLE experience with another local apartment complex in which we were given a unit we did not sign for. Shannon scheduled me for a tour the next day and we were able to begin the moving process immediately after. The neighborhood is quiet and I'm very happy with the updated look and appliances in my new apartment. So excited to live here!"
