"Sidewalk snow is only shoveled around the office, grounds is poorly maintained and work orders just get closed without repairs. Communication is not up to par as of late. But the leasing specialist is always pleasant."

"Bad experience has been told several times I need $250 to hold a unit for 30 days in person and over the phone. I apply 30 days in advance get approved only to be told the apartment can only be held 2 weeks and I could not get the $250 back even though on Line it has a move in date of 12/1 I was told I had to move in by 11//17 or I forfeit my $250 nothing in writing to say I Don’t get the holding fee back and the redecorating fee of $250 to $700 no security deposit and the redecorating fee is non refundable just had a bad experience please get things in writing before you apply"

"Only reason I would give 1 star is for how friendly the tour guide was and the manager but besides that I would not give any stars. I have had non stop problems so far and I have not even been here for a month. Issues that can be resolved within a day or two are now taking 4 weeks to be fixed. I had a roof leak and it took 5 days to get a roofer out and they fixed the outside problem but still have a very noticeable crack that looks like it would cave in soon. Apartment has mold and the maintenance guys tried to cover it up but have been sick since I moved in. They do not clean the apartment after the last people move out so my advice if you do move in is to inspect your unit very well before you sign and to clean before you move in. I have Fruit loops in my vents and can't clean it out.. Carpet and tiles are cut and ripped up. Pools are closed during their hours for "cleaning" all the time."

"Ain’t been here that long and already had so many problems. Landlord controls the heat until they feel it’s cold enough outside for it to be turned on. It’s 40 degrees in my apartment right now. It’s never any parking spots. They make you purchase a mail box key from usps for $25. The laundry room has mold that’s been forming for months. They money hungry here. Nothing about this apartment is luxury. Hopefully I’m saving someone from going through what I am now."

"We lived for around 6 months there and loved the apartment. Kitchen space is quite small but other than that apt is quite spacious. The maintenance team is great. Alexis helped us for our move in and helped with all the formalities for our move out. Let’s say both went very smoothly(we did get our complete security deposit). The location is also quite good. You could find Walmart, dollar tree, family dollar, restaurants all very close."
