Georgetown Park Apartments

"Go head live here, If you don't mind maintaince request to going unresolved. Have complained to Tina about noise of neighbors and what would you guess nothing has been resolved. I have been in this complex since August of 2022 and it's has gone even more down hill than when first moved in. Light at front door does not work and we have made multiple requests online and over the phone still nothing has been resolved. Rent is not cheap as I'm sure you can imagine and for what I pay and not being comfortable in my own space is not okay. Tina, you need to respond to my email an hour ago!!!"

"I would give ZERO stars if I could. I live on the ground level and have had a baby mole problem FOR WEEKS! Baby moles keep getting in through a faulty lining between the outside and my apartment in the kitchen area coming up under my cabinets. I have told the office several times and they have not done anything about it. Rent is about 1200$ a month not including utilities way too much to be having rodents in your apartment ! Especially with kids! disgusting ! Would NOT RECOMMEND living here AT ALL & will NOT be staying."

"I’ve only been here for 3 months and I am not impressed. My dishwasher is broken and I put in a ticket over a month ago, they came and did not fix it. I put in another ticket and they have not addressed it still. The office does not care at all. The website says maintenance request will be addressed in 24 hours and it is a lie. There is constant flooding in the apartments also, please do not rent here. I attempted to call the number listed here for a “resolution” and it’s the front office staff, who I have already spoken to and who don’t care. I am still without a dishwasher that works, which is ridiculous since I pay almost $1400 a month to live here."

"As said before by others units are filled with ear wigs and centipedes, drains clog constantly, upon move in toilet was not sealed and countertops were tacky. Maintenance takes months conduct any repairs even if there is staffing water. Would recommend spending the extra $100 and finding another place"

"Do not move here. Your closet will be freezing in the winter and hot beyond belief in the summer. Your bathroom drains and tubs will clog no matter how much draino you use and how many times you call maintenance. In addition, you will be screwed out of your security deposit even though no reason for it behind cut in half will be provided. They will say the buy out you paid was the incorrect amount after they told you the amount over the phone and you signed and paid. The management in the office is unhelpful and will not return your calls or emails. Haley Residential, the overseeing company is just as unhelpful. Be warned."
