"Apartment and neighbors nice. Maintenance when we left was great and did what he could within his means. The manager, Michelle, different story. Had no air or heat for nearly a month and Michelle was unconcerned, didn't return call's and was very seldom on site. We left with with one month's notice which was more than deserved. Breach of lease. All we expected was our security deposit as that is fair but we've not received it so now filing suit for not only that but damage done to clothing and the month without temperature control. Think long and hard before leasing here. If you do take pics of everything moving in and out. Copy and keep maintenance portal requests and take pictures that are date stamped so you can protect yourselves. Myself and my husband did all of these things and thank God we did. Best of luck to anyone set too move in this place. The woman allows household recliners and other furniture outside year around. Fenton slum for sure!"

"I love these apartments, the manager is such a sweetheart and so caring when it comes to her tenants. She is great with my service dog and my service dog really loves the management. The apartments are really cute inside with hardwood floors, modern appliances, updated bathrooms, windows that never leak air. Heat, water, trash are included so it's nice not having a high bill for heat in the winter for once. The current management is one of the best I have ever had while renting for the last 19 years."

"I loved living at Colonial apartments, which are owned by Crestview Estates. Lorraine Moller was an amazing property manager. She is caring and thoughtful of her tenants. Goes out of her way to make tenants happy. Only issue I ever had was the boiler went out a few times in the winter but they provided a large heater immediately. The apartment was updated and beautiful. We left it the way we found it and got our security deposit back. I would recommend this place to anyone!!!!!"

"Crestview was a very clean property, the sidewalks were always salted and shoveled along with the parking lot. Laundry room was clean and picked up. Unfortunately, some tenants did not pick up after themselves and I’ve witnessed the property manager picking up, sweeping and taking care of garbage many times. I had two maintenance issues, I was always given a 24 notice to enter the premises and the maintenance issues was handled quickly and efficiently. I would also like to add the apartments are beautiful and the property manger went above and beyond, to be helpful, kind and courteous. I enjoyed my stay very much and would recommend Crestview Estates to anyone looking for a nice and convenient place to stay."
