"The furnace on Saturday, February 10, 2024 was not giving out heat. I called Mark after 6 PM. He told me to turn off a braker, which I did. Mark said he would be here in 30 minutes and he arrived on time. Once he arrived he fixed the problem. Mark also gave me a temporary heater incase the problem came back. He wanted to make sure I wouldn't worry about not having heat. Mark is an exceptional person that cares about his job and the people he works for. He is very friendly, kind and shows concern for the people and their needs. A+ ! Or 10 Stars for excellence! Thank you Mark !"

"I have lived in this complex for the past 11 months and I’m so happy to have chosen this place. I love the neighborhood and the area surrounding. It feels very safe. Tammy is awesome, she was so accommodating when I first moved in and just an all around great manager of the complex. The apartment is very spacious, has a washer and drier. The management are top notch when it comes to upkeep and maintenance of the individual apartments as well as the neighborhood cleanliness and everything in between. Mark, the maintenance guy, is quick, efficient, and super helpful. You have all the stores you need within walking distance. So happy in my apartment. I’d choose this apartment over and over again."
