"Have seen some improvements since new management has taken over! Some issues in the past were ignored but ever since new management has taken over any issue we have had has been addressed promptly. My kids love the events they are doing at the clubhouse. We hope for more community events."

"We have been renting with Silver Lake Hills since July 2023. There was a management change at the end of Nov 2023 and the new management has made a point to address some previous issues. The grounds have been upkept and clean. There has been some minor issues with people not cleaning up after their pets which management addressed in a way I feel was prompt and an appropriate response to the issue. The apartment itself was clean with no major issues when moving in and the added benefit of having a well maintained pool in the summer months, gym, and grill area just across the street from us is nice. The office staff has remembered us, our interests, and even our dog each time we see them which gives it a more warm welcoming environment and seems like they want to build a personal relationship with the tenants which is nice. They have been easy to communicate and work with and would recommend this apartment complex to others."

"It is very hard to review any place that as changed hands 3 times in 5 years. The current owners, seem to be able to get maintenance handled far faster than the other owners. I would like to see far better snow removing. As an amputee this is very important. I would love to see the replacing of my balcony as promised 5 then 3 then last year as there is no way it is safe to use. We have had a leak above our washer/dryer for 5 years that as yet to be taken care of. The true test for me, would be if they could make this into a real community, instead of a cash cow for themselves. If things improve I would be happy to change my review"

"Avoid moving here if you can. This place is absolutely terrible. The units have paper thin walls. The neighbors living above simply walking would shake our entire apartment. You hear every single noise which is beyond annoying when you pay over $1500 a month. Then they charge you for a carport that maintenance would park in over the weekend for some stupid reason and when you tell them that because of their employee using your carport that you pay for they tell you that it’s your problem and that you have to deal with it. Just because they’re under “new management” doesn’t mean the problem employees are gone. They never answer the phone or call back they simple ignore you and make you deal with everything while taking your money. All the positive reviews are from employees or their families or friends cause I’ve never known anyone that didn’t truly hate living here. Just because they comment that usual “oh we’re so sorry we’d like to fix it” doesn’t mean anything they’re just trying to save face this place is a scam."
