"We leased a couple of blue print machines from MOS (Xerox). When contract expires, we are done. Ordering paper is nearly impossible. Here is a little hint Xerox, under supplies you might just want to add PAPER, not just toner. Can't call, because all they know how to do is put you on hold (1/2 hr plus). Then you hear "wrong department". New number they give you. Sorry wrong department."
"They were extremely shady after 5 years of using there service. When I emailed them to end my contract, they failed to tell me that I had to cancel with them and the finance company over 30 days in advance. So they auto renewed my contract for a year and would not let me out. More then half my office can't print to this day and we are stuck with them for another 9 months. Thru out the 5 years they were always charging me extra for customer support. Would never recommend or use them again. Do your self a favor and find a different company."
"Your van driver needs some drivers training. I shouldn’t have to slam on the brakes so they can cut me off because their lane ends and they couldn’t get over like everyone else. A certain level of professionalism and courtesy is expected from the operator of a company vehicle."
"I leased two multi function printers nearly five years ago. Their sales guy came out last spring to get me into new equipment as the lease was set to end in fall. I found our corporate office says we must use their supplier and told the sales guy I would need to return mine at the end of the lease. I expected some sort of contact as the lease wrapped up (like car leases do); instead I contacted them and found I was five days late and was required to continue the lease an additional 3 months (I don't get the logic in that). I tried to learn more via their manager but was never called back. Poor service all the way around-"
"The equipment is not returnable. The fax system does not work with digital phone systems. Each time I asked to return or exchange the equipment the sent out a service representative. Xerox told me to talk to MOS and MOS told me to talk to Xerox. I am extremely unsatisfied with the equipment."
