"Went to pick up a table that I ordered. Store was well stocked and friendly employees."
"Love the picture I bought on Nov 10 and hung up about a week later. I took the picture down at Thanksgiving and hung it back up on Jan 1st. It came crashing to the ground with the screws and hardware pulled out of the frame. Staff said I hung it wrong and that there should have been a sticker on the back to say that. Told her no I didn’t and aid no there wasn’t a sticker and then I proceeded to show her that most of their paintings had no such info. Asked for an exchange but since they don’t have that anymore, I was told I was out of luck. When I asked for a store credit I was told it was past 30 days. Are you kidding me? The hardware lasted about 3 weeks and damaged other items on the way down and said it was my fault. I’ve never had a painting or heavy mirror EVER fall off a wall before. I will never shop at Kirklands again."
"This location doesn’t offer a public restroom. Absolutely insane. Drove over an hour and had to stop my shopping experience."
"I use to shop here, no more. I bought an item and paid cash it was under 20 dollars, I decided it wasn't gonna work so I returned it on Tuesday, the lady informs me they do not do cash refunds. I told her I was not informed of this, she looked at the receipt and saw the name in it and said oh this lady told you she's a manager, I said no she didn't. She contacted to tell em she did basically calling me a liar without calling me a lair. Told me I'd have to have the funds refunded onto a credit card. I then had to wait 5 days for the credit to show. I can't believe you don't have 19 and some change isn your drawer to refund me the money then. I didn't take the item and make you wait 5 days for your money. Yet I have to wait 5 days for my refund. NEVER AGAIN! I see why so many stores are closing customer service doesn't exist anymore"
"Cute things there but customer service is non existence. Rude people behind the counter. Also they, the bank that serves their cards, closed my credit card without even sending me an email notification.. Also, cash out system is decades old. Can find members only by email. But now everyone uses phone numbers already, easier to say vs spelling email. Also signature required after each transaction regardless of the amount. In lots of stores there is no signature if total is below 20. So basically my check out of 3 small plates took 10 minutes. My store browsing was faster.."
