"Ron the furniture repairman did a great job. However, as you can see in the pictures, the delivery people damaged our walls in our brand new home. We informed the store immediately after it happened (Nov 16th). It has been over a month and no one has rectified the situation. We paid for the white glove treatment l, and received nothing close to white glove Treatment. Not to mention the delivery men told us that we had to tip them, even before they started moving the bedroom set in. We will never use Value City again. I recommend everyone to use a different company."
"Love our modern table and chairs ! Bedroom set for my daughter is beautiful! Our salesperson, Kastine, was incredibly helpful! Highly recommend her! Fallon, the sales manager did a phenomenal job of getting our furniture to us quickly! She bent over backwards to ensure we had all of our furniture right away. Excellent customer service from Kastine and Fallon! If you’re looking for furniture, they are your team! Go see them!"
