"Meadow Springs is in the middle of everything while offering tranquility and peace. No unnecessary amenities which keeps the rental cost very low compared to other complexes. Every time I've submitted a maintenance request, maintenance has resolved it within 24 hours. Thank you to the management and staff!"
"Very nice place, but the staff puts definition to ghost town. If you have no problems, they're great! If you have an issue with neighbors, good luck. It's also very rare anyone is in the office. If you want to pay rent when it's due, most of the time you're unable to since no one is in the office. Make sure to bring LOTS of ant traps!"
"PROS: I’ve lived here over 3 years. still have the same friendly neighbors from when i moved in. Its a great family friendly, clean community. Maintenance is extremely fast when i place a work order, and office staff is prompt when needed. Without a doubt these are the best apartments in Holland! CONS: The only downside i can talk about is they make pet owners declaw their cats. I understand their perspective but its so inhumane. Therefore i can’t get a cat because i could never do that to them"
"We lived at Meadow Springs for over a year and it was a great experience! The customer service and maintenance was great, which was a huge improvement from our previous apartment. Clean and the grounds were kept up well. Nice floor plan options with full garages as well. I’d definitely recommend this apartment complex!"
"This apartment complex is by far the best apartment I have ever lived in. We moved out at one point but due to the passing of my wife we moved back in within 2 months. They bent over backwards to make sure that our old security deposit was rolled over to the new apartment. They have been very helpful with any issues in the apartment(wear and tear or my fault) They keep everything plowed well and i never worry about having a parking spot available. All of the staff is super friendly and helpful! The apartment themselves have plenty of space and are very nice!"
