"Phenomenal place to live! My son and I have lived here two years now and love it. The ladies in the office are extremely professional, courteous and prompt.. the maintenance crew are so knowledgeable and always place tenants comfort top of the list. The facilities are maintained very well.. pool is always clean in the summer. . Gym is kept sanitized and overall grounds are beautiful. They also do really cool activities for tenants and kids during holidays etc I can't say enough good about the overall quality of life here and it is clearly a well oiled team effort from all the crew of the complex."

"As for the apartment that I'm in I like the space for me and my kids. But there were a few things that I didn't like I pointed out and up until now it's still hasn't been worked on. And I get it's a big place and I'm sure that there are more important things to work on but for new tenets that moved in its about first impressions for me. But I do appreciate that the front office try to get the community involve with activities and other things that my kids do enjoy so far."
"I will truly miss this place. After 15 years at Clearview it definitely was home to me. I got to know so many people and will miss everyone. A new chapter has begun. I will miss this place it was great! Thanks so much for the many years!"
"Dingy apartments, snooty office staff. VERY outdated appliances that never worked during our whole lease, maintenance called constantly. Gave up on trying to use our dishwasher at all, washer and dryer constantly had issues. They say they are dog friendly but every time we spoke with them they made us prove both dogs were on the lease (We paid pet rent for 2 dogs the entire time we lived there and disclosed that from the start) Glad we moved out when we did!"
