Most recently, I requested to have my mailbox and barrier replaced/fixed due to a road plow hitting them. Their maintenance team replied within 10 minutes of my request and had everything completely fixed within 3 hours. Nic was awesome!"

"This place is crooked. They literally will come after you without signing any papers with them and say you owe them money and try to take you to court underneath the false pretenses of another name. This place is so corrupt it's not even funny. I can't wait to counter Sue because of the documents that they falsified through the courts will be an example as to why you do not falsify any documents in attempts to gain any monastery value. They falsified dates they falsified names they falsify court documents. They will be hearing from my lawyers and better be prepared to open their wallets cause this is going to be the most expensive mistake they made. See you in court."

"BVW Is the worst company I have ever rented had so many repairs that needed to be done. The bath tub paint was peeling and chipping they kept ignoring my maintenance order to repair the tub. Then they ended up denying my request and the reason was because it was cosmetic.I ended up calling the city and they city made them repair the coating in the bathtub or be fined. The house had old o old paint the ceiling paint was cracking in the living room and connected dinning room. Then the upstairs heating and cooling did not flow very well and in the summer months it would be very humid upstairs. Also my money orders they do claim was missing for about 3 weeks and they was not understanding or willing to wait to see if my money orders going to eventually show up in the mail they were willing to move forward with the eviction process even after I show them My receipts and money order stubs. Then once I came up with all of my rent money again just so happened that I was able to come up with the money again.But they are so demanding on paying rent on time and will send you to court serval time. But can’t be understanding that I could pay my rent every two weeks when I’m paid. My pay check does not fall in the first week of the month and it’s paid before the end of the month. I live there for 1 year and 5 months and every since I live there it’s seems that they have been doing repairs every since I moved in."
