"If I could give zero stars I would. I've been living here since February and have had issues that this company has failed to address. Temperatures have reached above 90 degrees and they refuse to turn off the heat. They try to draw tenants in by saying you don't have to pay for heating but fail to tell you that it does not turn off even when it's 90 degrees outside. The air conditioning unit in the living room barely works which makes sense if its battling heat from indoors and outdoors. I DO NOT RECOMMEND RENTING FROM PFS."
"Does not answer their phone, does not respond to texts as the phone message says, and does not respond to emails or questions. The little email interaction I had felt like I was dealing with a 16 year old that had more important things to do than their actual job. I know the renting market is very competitive but these property management places have very little respect for potential renters."

"Since we have been tenants with them they have been willing to work with us when needed. And are quick to respond to any concerns or maintenance issues when needed. They have been really great."
