"If I could have given a ZERO star rating I would. The leasing staff at Pine Forest Apartments are very rude and arrogant. They also have a sharp tongue with caustic language. They insist that a fee be paid to even look at a unit. This exemplifies extreme greed and total lack of integrity."
"I lived there and would highly NOT recommend this apartment complex!! They take there payments in cash but give no receipts then tell you months later that their records showed that it was never paid. Maintenance never fulfils requests and don't expect to get ANY of your security deposit back even if the place is left in the best condition possible they will make up a bunch of lies to get more money! SCAMMERS"
"I just moved in. The moving process was great the owner's communicated well and were time efficient And patient with me. They were very nice and Considerate of my needs."
"Your getting what you pay for. Not a good place to live if you are in any sort of substance abuse recovery. Drug deals going on all the time. Ran by a husband and wife. She is great to work with and he is a complete tool. He loves to intimidate residents to do what he wants. An example if you don’t want them to enter your unit without your presence he will tell you the work won’t get done as it’s to difficult to try and get contractors, maintenance and renters schedules to match up. Maintenance only works four hours a day three days a week. Management is rarely onsite. Their record keeping is terrible (ie: tell you your three months behind when your not). They will try and conduct business regarding past due rent during late hours on weekends but when you need a repair on the weekend it waits until next time maintenance is in. If you make a complaint about a neighbor not following the rules that neighbor is shown who the complaint is from. When you tell them your contacting a lawyer about repairs not being done in a timely manner you are told you can call a lawyer but staff of complex don’t know any lawyers that complete that type of repair."
