"This place will try to treat your repairs like their not important. The maintenance staff and property manager is not to be trusted. Today will be the last day they can speak to me without it being recorded or they will act like you never mentioned certain things to them. The property manager Shaun allowed for his maintenance guy to stick his middle finger up at me and it is all on video. At this point I don’t feel comfortable putting in another repair order and I shouldn’t have to feel like that. It’s even on video of the maintenance guy trying to provoke me to fight him and I am disabled and my kids were in here and they were in class online so they classroom heard all of this commotion going on in the background. I had to call the police for him to leave because he refused to leave after provoking me to fight him/ put him out. They are on video explaining to me why they are treating me with disrespect and they said it was because I addressed my concerns to a government agency. This is all on video. Do not move here!!"
