"They let people continually violate the lease and take no action beside a notice that does nothing. Some of the worst management I’ve ever dealt with and communication from the property manager Daisy is weeks behind. AMP as a company needs to get things under control and do better. If you can’t properly staff people that’s one thing but it shouldnt effect the people living here. We have been discriminated against at this point and have had to suffer from many problems that could and should have been handled by now. We have been dealing with these same problems for over year now. It seems like they just want their money and don’t really care what their tenants do even after the police have been called. They are biased when it comes to making tenants follow certain policies. Only thing good thing I have to say is the maintenance team is A++ for sure. They do 110% job and are always super nice and efficient time wise!"
"Overall I enjoyed living at Spring Brook (moving out now after living here for 1 year). The office staff are super nice and helpful and maintenance requests were always completed in a timely manner (1 or 2 days after the request was put in). The pool and rec areas are also pretty nice, though I did not use them often. The biggest downside of living here was the condition of the apartments. The kitchen drawers were constantly falling off of their ramps (maintenance did nothing about it) and the closet doors would slide out of position too often. Also the walls are pretty thin so I could hear my neighbors more than I wanted too. I'd recommend living here as long as you don't have super high expectations for the living space itself."
