"Our family booked here at One Ludington Place thru Melissa Boggs. If I could her 10 stars I would!! This was probably the most fabulous and easiest check-in we've ever had. From booking the Condo thru checkin and checkout ... everything was streamlined and perfected. The Lakeside Getaway has everything. Beach chairs, beach wagon. And the condo has a fabulous harbor view. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. All the condo residents are friendly. And the pool is clean, spotless. There is enough loungers around the pool for everyone. My wife loved the kitchen because it was stocked with everything including paper towels, cutting boards, utensils, plates, glasses. You are only one block from the House of Flavors and one block from shopping. I could go on and on but I'll stop here. When you define a "SUPER HOST" that would be Melissa. Thanks Melissa ❤️"
"Melissa is excellent at making sure things stay nice! The unit we are in is always being updated. The buildings are well maintained and always clean. Melissa always is helpful in answering questions and resolving anything that is of concern. The people that work here do a great job. Garages are cleaned and regularly updated, lawn is taken care of, pool area is super clean. On top of all of this, the views are amazing! Definitely recommend renting or owning units here!"
"My brother and I are staying here at the moment for his work. Just moved here to Ludington from Ohio and nice town! Cold as all hell, but very nice scenery! These condos are a little dated as far as t.v's and internet & cable tv goes but I'm a technical guy by trade, so some may not notice. (P.S - Owners, I can help ya out with your internet and other tech related stuff here. Condo 23). Anyways lol, it's nice and fully furnished tastefully I think anyways. To each there own. Elevators are great and the carts they provide also are a huge help when brining in groceries and such. Overall very nice place to stay!!"
