"Everything was great, bartender was nice, lanes were oiled properly (which is almost unheard of in 2024 in livonia/westland) They played 17 songs by Taylor swift consecutively. 1 star experience"

"If I could give zero stars I would. We had our daughters birthday party here two weeks ago and it was the worst experience we have ever had. The concessions stand was out of everything except the pizzas that came with our lanes, and fries. We kept getting told "he's at the store but I don't know when he will be back. Oh and we close at 4pm so you can't order any thing else" our party was 3pm- 5pm. We had 4 lanes, and none of the call buttons worked so we had to keep walking down when we had issues with our lanes. They shut our lanes off during our time to bowl. We were told they would have a knife to cut the cake, and we were given a plastic knife and was told "this is all we have for you". The young girl working the counter, yelled at our kids when we first arrived for pressing a button on an empty lane next to us, even tho our buttons did not work. Then when I asked her to turn on the lanes, she said she couldn't, she had to wait for the Manager to do it. We asked for 2 of our 8 pitchers of pop early and we had to go get them ourselves. The other 6 pitchers of pop came 45 minutes after our pizza came to us. Terrible, we will never return. This alley should have stayed closed."

"The lady behind the front counter was the rudest person ever. The pins in my lane wouldn't reset so someone came over and attempted to fix it with the computer but that didn't work so he just looked at us and walked away. After we realized he wasn't coming back i walked to the front desk and told the lady that my pins wouldn't reset and she said "I don't know what you mean" and proceeded to walk away. In my opinion you shouldn't be rude to your customers, especially a child."
