"Ordered a motion loveseat. 4months later the back is cracked, the frame supporting the back snapped clean off and the track that the seat rocks upon has collapsed. I started the warranty process thru my dealer. They are sending replacement parts, but how long will these last? It is not comfortable. The charging ports are slow at best. Wires can easily be pinched. It is light on padding. We purchased this loveseat sight unseen because it had the features I wanted. I am so disappointed and even after it will supposedly be fixed I will not like this loveseat. So much so in fact that I have already placed an order for another loveseat from a quality competitor. Spend more money and get something that will last. I would rather have a refund but I was not given that option."
