""I had a very frustrating experience with at “dantos furniture”. When I decided to cancel my order, I encountered poor customer service with an unfriendly attitude. They couldn't give me a delivery date and when I tried to contact them, they kept deflecting and promising to call me back, but never did. After waiting for a long time, I finally decided to go in person and they told me they would charge me a 25% cancellation fee, as stated in the contract. I was very upset by the unprofessional behavior of the staff, including one worker named Toni Martínez, who displayed a furious attitude as if he were the owner. Even worse, they even questioned the owner when he said he would only charge me 10% since I wouldn't be returning. This was done right in front of me, which made the situation even more uncomfortable. Eventually, I spoke with the owner and he was very kind and understanding. He said he would only charge me 10% because he didn't want to lose me as a customer. I appreciate that he tried to resolve the issue, but I think this store needs to retrain its employees, particularly Toni Martínez, to improve their customer service and unfriendly attitudes. In summary, I wouldn't recommend this store due to my negative experience.""

"I have got a really nice furniture set and they gave me a great deal they were so helpful . BUT in less than a 6 months my table started having rust marks. I have called them three times since I payload for my furniture in full. They stated said they’re going to call me back with someone who’s going to come out and look at it and to see and I have never heard back after that nor has someone ever come out to look at the rust on my brand new table that is less than a year old. I’m not happy at all about it. Pictures included to show the rust spots ( hard to get a good picture since a it’s spots)"

"I bought a TV stand for my first purchase from them. Funny enough I didn't pay for setup and the woman on the phone reaffirmed with me that it would be coming in a box needing assembly. To my surprise when the men got here and pulled it off the truck it wasn't in a box and was fully assembled! That was easily the nicest thing that happened to me for the day. Saving me a lot of time that I would've had to spend otherwise, I am very thankful for that kind gesture."

"One of the most expensive for no name furniture. I knew the grandfather Danto his self I think he was in his 90s when he passed. He knew how to treat people, prices was great, furniture also great. This is all just my opinion. In no way am I trying to slander not cause harm just my experiences."
