"You can DEFINITELY tell that half of the washers and dryers were plucked out of the garbage or given to them by customers as they were rusted or old as dirt... The "open box" dented up ones that were supposedly new, cost WAY too much... You can pay the same at a new store... $1300-$2000? No help at all... No offers of discounts... No negotiating... I had $1000 to spend on a washer and dryer... Maybe I caught them on a bad day, but not going back..."
