"My husband and I were so disrespected. The service and product was horrible. I purchased a waswasher and dryer. We immediately started having trouble with the washer. I was told someone would come to repair it but I'd have to wait two days. The repairman didn't fix the washer and I was told I could only get a refund if I bought it back to them and I'd only get a refund on the washer. Long story short I wouldn't spend a penny there or recommend anyone else ddoes. Please don't waste your time"
"Not a honest Broker. Lied about a washing machine being in good condition and delivered it to my home. The following day I called to complain that it is making loud noice and they lie and said they are on the way but never come or return the calls. Down waste your money with this terrible business."
"They're super helpful and they don't have a huge selection but they answer your questions professionally. Plus they're prices are fantastic! We bought our chest freezer from here and it was like new. So quality is great too. Plus when our belt broke on our dryer, they were able to assist my husband and I for a replacement belt. It's an all around great place."
"I bought a home a few blocks from here so I decided to patronize a neighborhood business. I bought a stove, refrigerator, washer, dryer, and queen sized mattress set. The refrigerator and dryer worked just long enough until my BS warranty ran out. I had to pay a hefty price to get them both repaired. The mattress set is cheap and I fault myself for settling. Different settings on the washing machine don't work, but I make due with the one's that do work. I would not recommend buying any appliances from this store."
