"I was sold a broken couch legs broken off on one side and the store talks to me like it's my fault I'm not that type of person so it bothers me like they feel as if I did that and it was broken the wood is split where it can't hold legs to it and I never had furniture where the legs broke and they customer service response was very uncomfortable professional one man said I just screwed them in on the truck there's no way you did that and that couch was broken like that you didn't break it carrying it in because I watched you do it and it touched nothing but my daughter noticed it like mom you don't have legs on one side I never lyt it so I assumed they were not on so my husband Lyft it up after work they were there just on split wood I couldn't believe the attitude I got and the lady said well we can just come pick it up it right before Christmas what am I suppose to do I asked could they switch out with another previous owned oh we don't have nothing we can come get it Monday yes it was used but I was told it only had. A lil paint in the back from someone wall so disappointed I'm very because I'm a pleasant person and they made me feel as if I'm lying with no good customer service"

"They call and bother me all the time because they said that it is two people with the same first and last name the only difference between mines, and the other ladies is mines is watkins and hers is Watkin so they keep calling threaten to take my furniture away because the other person isn’t paying their bill but I’m paying mine and on top of that they came to my house one day saw my daughter at eight year old little girl walking out of the door and gave her something to give to me, instead of ringing the bell, and giving it to me, and on top of that, it was a grown man talking to my child. I do not like it."
