"We have been kicking around the idea of getting a new bed due to the constant back aches and not getting a good night's sleep. I had been looking into different mattress stores near us and decided to stop into mattress firm in Taylor MI. We were greeted by a very polite gentleman named Marcellus. Marcellus inquired about what are needs were and why we were looking into getting a new bed. He had us lay on several different mattresses and repeatedly asked us to take our time on each because he understands thee importance of selecting the right mattress. We finally settled on a Tempurpedic mattress and he made the whole financing and delivery and setup part very fast and professional. Marcellus is very polite and very knowledgeable on all of their products. We cannot wait to get our bed delivered and start getting a great and painless night of sleep."
