"I bought a delta tub surround kit and counted out it cost 603.78. I counted out 100 dollars in cash and gave it the cashier and she gave it to a lady with the deposit bank. I continued to count out the 503.78 in piles of 20s 100 each. The cashier picks up the 500 dollars counted it and says you're 100 dollars short. I said wheres the 100 dollars i first gave you? She said, I put it in the 500 pile. . All liars will have their part in the lake of fire. I had to put another 100 dollars. I'm a licensed builder and I'll never return. I try to stay away from menards since covid when they were charging 5 times the amount for cleaning supplies. Contractors don't go to menards because everything is so expensive. Example. 60' of crown molding 178.00 dollars."

"Nice store good prices but how you protect the planet with that 15% of what you can squeeze in that paper bag If you won’t have your product in the bag you won’t get 15% off So you need to use a paper bag I was thinking a store like this promotes ecology.lol And we suppose to drive less to eat less in order to protect the planet and limit the carbon print lol Pathetic! "I just want to highlight the phenomenal food stand. everything is made fresh right there on the flat top, and you can get burgers. it is much better than the old hot dog stands that used to be at hardware stores. This has become the deciding factor between menards and home depot for me."

"Place is great. Overall been Taylor location 6 times since they opened. Not giving five stars as I bought a powerwasher and the rep told me if it went on sale within 30days I would get the difference via store credit. Well I was in the same store today and saw the price dropped $20 on the exact one I bought. So I happily asked the staff again what I should do and they said as long as its been 30 days bring ypur receipt in and they will issue a store credit for you. So I drove back home and we came all the way back for a presumed $20 credit. Got to customer service and I explained my story, the lady sternly told me sorry sit its 14days not 30. In my case I was at day 19. So I asked for a manager and she said the mgr was on break and she would tell "him". We were so over it we walked out and emailed corporate in Euclaire WI. Waiting on reply. Hope your experiences have been better. Before this all has been ok. Customer service rep was terrible and didn't seem to care my advice get a different job."
