"I recently went to this store to try to fix something for a handicap resident of mine. It could not be fixed. They went out of their way to help me. They gave me a replacement for free!!!! The entire staff was friendly. I haven't seen generosity like this is a while. So glad I met them. I paid it forward! Thank you!"

"Guy called my phone about the payment I told him couldn't make it till next week he told me he don't care he wants the money now and it's not in my name he don't give a f××× about talking to me cause it ain't in my name it's in my girls who was in the hospital on ventilator he didn't care said they will come take my s*** if I don't pay him today. Horrible costumer service might be in her name but I'm the one who pays the bill"

"Everyone in the store is great, especially Cornell. He always is able to get me whatever I need that he does it very well and fast. He make sure that I like the product all the time. If I’m not happy, they pick it up and is very happy to exchange for something that I like."

"Literally the worst location to ever rent anything from. Steve & Mike should never work in any type of customer service related job for the rest of their lives. The day of payment being due, they will call& then proceed to call 5-10 times throughout the day. I always make my payment online the night of and notify them that but they still proceed to blow up my phone throughout the day. They’re rude when they talk to you on the phone & instead of taking the review I gave them verbally wanted to be rude about it and make it seem like something is my fault. Anyways 1 STAR! Please don’t come to this location."
