"I placed an online purchase on 11/14. I received confirmation that my order would be delivered on 12/12. I received an email confirmation as well as text confirmation on 12/9 that my order would be delivered on 12/12. I removed all of my furniture and waited patiently for my order. I received a call THE DAY OF MY DELIVERY after the time that my order was supposed to be delivered and told that my order was delayed. I called customer service and was told that my order was not ready. I was placed on hold for several minutes. I asked to speak with a supervisor to help resolve my issue and was told that they would call me back in 'a few hours'. I was told that there was no supervisor and that there was nothing they could do. I was also never called back by a supervisor. I then tried to call the store near my home (based on their hours that are posted online) and the phone recording indicated that the store was 'closed'. Two weeks before Christmas - I HAVE NO FURNITURE! I was finally able to get with the store and was told that they have NOTHING in house. I couldn't even pick another similar couch because they don't have anything on site. I had to go through the same warehouse; therefore my order would not be fulfilled until mid-January. How does this happen? How am I contacted and confirmed that my order will be delivered and then the day of the delivery get a call indicating that I will not receive my order for another month?! I will NEVER buy anything from this store again. Horrible communication and even poorer customer service."
