Mattress Firm Novi Town Center

"We visited Mattress Firm Novi today looking for a king size bed, we also went to Gardner White across the street. Let’s start with our experience at GW, they were very nice but were very “sales-y” with us, we HAD to get the $1200 base, we HAD to get the $150 topper, etc etc. The beds they showed us were far and above our budget. We then went to Mattress Firm, Jaclyn helped us and showed us several in our budget, we ended up buying the same bed we liked at GW but chose Mattress Firm for our purchase specifically because our experience was so much better. She fully explained all of the OPTIONAL extras and the pros and cons, walked us through how to make the bed frame we liked (from Amazon) work with our new bed, we got a very nice protective cover from their store brand and a few other extras we wanted. This was our first time purchasing a bed and we had a great experience and didn’t feel any pressure although she was very thorough and attentive still. Great experience, we would highly recommend this store to anyone!"
