"Mya was on the register and she was nice enough to help with the items I couldn’t find. But who ever the lady name was on the sales floor had an attitude because we asked for help finding an item. She was on the phone trying to have a conversation at work and she supposed to helping customers. Even had the nerve to make a face and say it in a rude way. If your employees don’t have the proper customer service skills then maybe they should be in the back stocking or not hired at all."
