"I was charged $1.95 for cash back. In my haste however I failed to retrieve the $25 from the cashier and she didn't say anything. Friday February 2nd at approximately 6:15 pm. Least I can complain right?"

"Rude sales associate - possibly management!!!!! I purchased an extension cord rang up at $11.25 but I didn’t notice it until after my order was completed. So I went back to the aisle and took a picture of the actual price of the item which was $10.25. I took it back to the same sales associate who I believe was actually the manager and told me that it was too late. I stated that it was not too late and that all they had to do was give me the price difference. This individual argued back-and-forth with me in front of other customers and even wanted me to repeat to them that I understood that next time I would check the price before my sale was completed. All they had to do was adjust the price and give me the difference. That’s it. It was not my fault that the price in the system was different from the price on the sales floor. But they made it seem like I was at fault because they did not want to take an extra minute to do the return. I kept my cool and was not rude but they were extremely rude to me and it was completely unnecessary. I I live in the neighborhood and I try to frequent the neighborhood stores to keep them going but I just can’t deal with the attitude. I will never go into that store again!"

"This is a welcome store to pick up a few quick items, albeit I've been in there twice while shoplifters walked out with merchandise, or a team member was a little unprofessional, or stock wasn't properly placed on shelves due to staffing issues. However, there have been times when the cashiers were fine, and attempts were made to have the store in order! I will give them credit for effort. Unfortunately, I noticed this store has been closed the last few times I checked. Have folks quit? Are they vacationing? Is FD having trouble hiring? What is it now?"

"If I could rate this a negative 15 I would. Place is Ghetto, Rachett, Dirty and unwelcoming. Staff don't like their jobs. Rude nasty attitudes. Gossip more about personal drama not considering the Customers in front of them. Customer Service is Trash. Have Explicit music blasting like they're at a club. I see why the place stay getting Robbed"

"Bad really bad soon as i get there, to family dollar someone break in my car. Poor security video Live security this Dodge Challenger with two black males in it that broke in my car in stole a bookbag out of it"
