"The east warren store is on average tidy , the shelves are half empty though. Staff is unprofessional at times , I do appreciate the semblance of a basic grocery market in this area without having to go to the suburbs for cream or butter ."

"Lovveeeee the Customer Service here. As soon as you walk in they're greeting you (which people no longer do) checking on you making sure that your shopping experience is going well. Cashiers know the rules of money exchange (stating the change you'll be receiving back) not just handing you money. Workers are always stocking keeping busy."
"I don't think I have ever been to a Dollar General this bright and clean! I was also blown away by the amazing customer service :) By far, my favorite dollar store around!"
"Kind of ghetto. One of the associates was arguing with a customer which concerned me a little. She handled it pretty well. I remember the customer stating "just because we in the hood does not mean you are going to talk to me any old kind of way. This is still a business" I am not sure what transpired prior to that but the customer put the sales associate in her place and she was professional after that. Not sure if I will go there again."
