"I needed a new computer for school but didn't want to spend too much because I haven't worked since the pandemic and was a victim of identity theft. I called in advance, and there was no answer. Then, a few minutes later, I received a phone call back from the store, even though I didn't leave a message or anything. I spoke to Lauren and explained what I was looking for. She was very patient and answered my questions with no hesitation or frustration. I told her I would try to make it into the store today but wasn't sure. When I arrived, as soon as I opened the door, Lauren greeted me by name, and she and her supervisor, Ed, greeted me and warmly welcomed me in. Lauren had the computer I was interested in ready and allowed me to check it out. After checking my program requirements, I needed a higher processor, and she showed me one that was exactly what I needed. It was more expensive, but Lauren went through every possible option that would potentially get me a discount. I didn't qualify, but the computer is in excellent condition and so much more affordable than buying anywhere else. I am truly thankful and appreciate their kindness and knowledge. 10/10"
