"Issue with the fridge, was able to get an appointment in a couple days. Isolated the problem. Ordered the parts, and replaced it in a timely and friendly manner."

"2nd time calling Doc's. Both times Darren came out. Fixed our washer and 5 months later, now our dryer. On time. Professional and great work. Highly recommend!"

"All I needed was a belt for my dryer. Tried to purchase local, my mistake. Called at 1:01 pm and the message said closed from 1 to 2, leave a message. Left a detailed message for parts with the part number and my cell phone number. Didn’t receive a callback so I called again at 2:45. Was on hold for 10 minutes and was then told they were with a customer to call back in 10 minutes. Now 3:45 and still no call back from my 1 o’clock message I called again. After being on hold for another 15 minutes I was again told they were with a customer. All this time wasted in an attempt to purchase local. Had one ordered via Amazon in under two minutes."

"We contracted Doc’s in February of this year to replace a freezer drawer on a refrigerator. The repair person removed the existing freezer drawer and installed the new one as well as the new seal. Upon completion the repair person was left with 2 pieces of plastic “that he didn’t know where they went”. He stated that since the drawer shuts fine it should be okay and if it isn’t to call back and they’ll take care of it. Fast forward a few months and the freezer itself is having major ice buildup along the walls as the seal was not installed properly. After speaking with Doc’s they charged an additional $105 service charge to return and complete the job properly. We purchased the drawer from them as well as paid for the service personnel to replace properly in the first place. They did not do their job properly and instead of fixing it free of charge as they have already been paid for the work, they charged another $105. Unfortunate and extremely unprofessional. I do not recommend. Thank you for your reply. Correct after a few short months of your technician changing the seal, it failed. As you stated it needed an adjustment. I am not exactly sure how a drawer could be “closed, improperly” or how the fridge being “bumped” could affect the seal. But what I do know is that your technician spent all of five minutes “fixing” it. I guess the fridge was just lightly “bumped”…"

"DOC's Appliances is the best! We were having problems with our washing machine. It was a mystery at first trying to figure out why it would shut down during the hot water wash, but they figured it out. Everyone that we dealt with from the appointment making to the service technician all were pleasant to work with. Thank you DOC's Appliances for your professionalism."
