"For a company that accepts so much money for (unreliable) tech, the return policy sure is garbage. Not even 30 days to take something back that doesn't do what I bought it for. I am now stuck with a $180.19 paperweight and will surely not be shopping here in the future. I would have been better off going to any other retailer, online or brick & mortar. Incredibly disappointed."

"Purchased a Dell laptop last week and I noticed it's not touchscreen like it's supposed to be. Called the store only to find myself on the virtual store line which is apparently outsourced to a land far away. Problem not solved and last operator that I was transferred to hung up on me. Best buy your service is awful. I went to three different stores to find this laptop and each store just kept trying to sell me a $179 "membership""

"Great employees, the store is always neat and clean, and shelves are well stocked. This used to be my go to place to pick up movies (Blu Ray and 4k) but Best Buy no longer stocks them in store or online which means my visits will be decreased drastically. I hope this decision is reversed in the future but I doubt it will be."

"Went in Sunday around 2pm to buy a Sony Bravia 75 in TV. I did the research online and was ready to make my purchase. After doing some price checking, I decided to buy from Best Buy, but when I got into the store and made my way to the TV selection, no one helped me. I stood in front of the TV I wanted and looked around. There were five name tagged employees within EAR SHOT of me, yet no one came to help me when I asked, "Can someone help me please?" I left, and went to Costco, where I paid a hundred dollars more, but got a discount on a wall mount, got in and out of the store in ten minutes, and one of the guys carried it to my truck and put it in for me. Yes, I paid a little more than I would have at Best Buy, but it was worth it for much better customer service!!!"
