"My experience with the repairs for my car did take longer than expected but, during that time they were thoughtful & considerate. Over & above in waiving the deductible, offering a free loaner, stay later or come in on a Saturday for me to get my car & paid some of the rental bill. Never have I heard of a place that goes & offers that. They helped me out in more ways than a regular collision place would. THEY CAN BE TRUSTED! Everyone there would get ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!"

"Update: Tristian from Corporate contacted me, heard me out about my experience, and assured me they made the necessary steps to make sure this doesnt happen again. Definitely went way more than above and beyond to make sure the problem was fixed! Original: Dropped off my Escape at the end of July. Progressive took their time approving it, didn’t get it approved until early to mid August. When I had the vehicle towed in, I asked if I was able to get a free loaner AND my deductible waived, if not then it was no problem, there’s 10 other shops around that will. They assured me on the phone, and when I arrived that BOTH my loaner will be free and deductible will be waived. Progressive authorized repairs on August 14, Collision Guys REFUSED to work on the vehicle until September when Progressive paid them under the assumption that the vehicle was done. Then finally after the vehicle was done, they had to wait for the insurance to pay them $1,200 for the tow bill. Never once did the company ever reach out to me to give me any kind of status update, I always had to initiate it or contact Progressive. Then when I call to schedule to return the loaner and get my car, they told me it’s $1000 for the deductible or I can pay $40 a day for the loaner, not both. After some back and forth, the company refused to let go of the deductible, only discounting it by $200. Absolute unprofessional behavior and I will never recommend this place to anyone and will go out of my way to make sure others don’t come here either."

"Terrible!!! Terrible!!! Terrible!!! Just picked up my van today 09/26/23 after it's been sitting there for a month and we barely made it home. The van was running fine when we dropped it off. On the drive home the LDW, FCW and engine light came on and it also have a flashing D light saying check the transmission. The fender is loose, the windshield have a lot of excess glue on the inside and gaps. Going to run it through the car wash a few time and pray there will be no leaks. There are also messing bolts under the hood. It's so bad, I won't even bring my van back up here if they offer to fix their mess. They will probably just make it worse. Save yourself the headache and don't come here."
