"After about eight times of going there to try to fix my computer it was sent out to the computer company. First of all, it is still not fixed and then second of all, they lost my charger because they are telling me there is no proof of it ever being sent out. So now, my computer is still not fixed and I now need to buy a new forty dollar charger that they lost. Plus, the guy at the desk, Rob, was very rude about it and dealt with it in a very disrespectful way. Never going back there again ever!!!! So disappointed."
