"Absolutely the worst experience ever . Never again deal with Taylor Freezer. It all started when I decided to purchase a refurbished machine from Taylor Freezer. I contacted my salesman, John and he send me the specs and the image of the machine that I was supposed to be getting for $18,000. The machine was delivered to my store and from day one it was leaking syrup in the tray and going through bottles of CO2 like crazy. For service calls later, they decided the machine was no good and they were going to replace it even though I did not want the machine anymore because it was a lemon. I spoke to my salesman to refund the money for the machine and he contacted the owner of the company which they both declined to return my money. I even offered to sell it back to them for less, but they both refuse to purchase the same machine that they are selling me. The worst experience I have ever had with any vendor."
