"ZERO STARS Repairman came out and could not find the model number on appliance to order parts. I found it on my purchase receipt and gave him the number before he pulled off. But he never updated the system, so I waited fir a full month with no response. I called for a status check to find out the part was never ordered and the work order had been closed. No call to me requesting model#. No call informing me the work order was closed. I already spent Thanksgiving without an oven, and thanks to Kenwhirl, will now spend Christmas and likely New Year's without a functioning oven! Great. 0 stars."

"It has been a bad bad bad experience with this company! Don’t deserve a star. My GE wash machine was not working. Kenwhirl Tech comes and decides that bad controls board, bad touch board. After 8 days they told us that still waiting on part’s delivery. I call GE and all parts were available in stock from day one, but Kenwhirl did not order from them instead ordering from some other retailers, while this warranty covered by GE. I asked if they ordered from GE they answered Yes! They they lied to me. I told them then I spoke with GE and the parts were available so why they couldn’t get the parts then they told me that no we ordered from a different vendor then I called GE to troubleshoot and find out. What was the real issue and over the phone we troubleshoot it and we figured out that the control panel was locked by pressing two buttons the same time, so initially there was no issue. There was no bad board or control board so it’s just bad troubleshooting not only bad troubleshooting but bad servicing they lie to customers do not call these guys for service you’ll suffer Regards..!"

"Our repairman Mark was great. He still came even though he ran into some car issues earlier in the day. He just left and gave us advice on what to do and if something goes wrong. He also gave some better brand appliances for future purposes. He was awesome!"

"My daughter has been without a washer for over a month and a half, because the problem was diagnosed over the phone and the parts didn't come in for over a month. Turns out that wasn't the problem! Now they say it's a different problem and of course the parts aren't coming in either. 6 weeks is far too long to wait for a repair"

"My Frigidaire refrigerator wasn't staying cold and the freezer was icing up. Frigidaire setup the appointment to have the technician come out from Kenwhirl. Had no issues with scheduling or them showing up on time. Upon opening the inside of the freezer technician discovered an unusual piece of some sort of paper with burn marks on it and stated he had no idea what it was from or why it was there. Proceeded to remove the built up ice from the freezer and in doing so put 14 holes in The shelves of my freezer door. Perhaps the ramshackle condition of my home led them to believe I should have a freezer to match. Had no good explanation why the unit froze up and stopped working in the first place(let's hope it was the burnt paper.) Frigidaire agreed to send out a different company to replace the freezer door. Also got ice and water all over the kitchen floor and must have assumed I would be ok with it because my home is renovation. Maybe he was irritated because my dog jumped on him a little bit. Who knows. I am retracting my comment about damage to my freezer door. Turns out the cheapness of the model of my refrigerator is the cause of the holes. I haven't seen this kind of venting in a freezer door in my entire life, but when I had the door replaced, the new one had similar holes punched in different spots. The holes are punched so randomly it looks like damage I've seen previously from an ice pick. I still think the tech wasn't all that polite, perhaps he was having a bad day. And I wasn't terribly impressed by the lack of investigation in regards to the burn't paper. But the freezer and refrigerator still continue to operate properly since they were repaired, so I wanted to give a better rating to reflect both my incorrect accusation, and the quality of the work."
