"I've tried to use these guys twice to get parts since they are local and I would rather support them than a corporation. The first was for a stove part which they had to order because they didn't have it. After waiting for a few weeks without a call back from them, I went in and they had gotten part but didn't call me back. I tried them again in August of last year to get a part for my dish washer. They said they ordered it and would call me this time since they didn't last time. In February of this year after calling them many times and going in the person to check on it, I gave up and ordered it online, within a few days I got the part from the online store and for cheaper than what they said they could get it for. Maybe others have a better experience than me but I will never go back to them if this is how they treat people."
