If I can not find something I look for a person who works there and then he or she helps me. If I needed help loading anything, there is always someone to help lift and put things in my car. "I have been to this store several times and had the same result trying to find someone. Associates are no where to be found, then when you do find an associate it is the same rude attitude of “that’s not my department” and have no ambition to help you find the right person after they look at you annoyed that you would even ask for help. It’s worth the drive to the canton store."
