"Very nice just high priced and sweet but pushy sales people. Good at there jobs but increasing my credit line and doesn't use my Advantage Medicare dental allowance or two other kinds unuable to afford . Too bad as seemed nice but too quick to want $$$"

"It has been a min since I’ve been to the dentist and I was very anxious because it had been a while and I know I needed some work. But the team at Aspen Dental in Canton took such good care of me and reassured me that we can get the work done in a timely and cost effective fashion. Dr. Kayla was very informative, kind and gave me the best plan of action going forward. Hygienist Becky was super sweet and helpful when going through my gum health. DA: Shay was super sweet and thorough when it came to my x rays. Kyle was kind and detailed when coming up with a payment plan that suits me as well as getting my appointments scheduled promptly. And I can’t forget to mention the front office staff who was welcoming and friendly and a huge reason for me to start my journey here! THANK YOU ASPEN DENTAL IN CANTON!!!"

"UPDATE AT END: I didn’t have the best first impression here. We just switched dentists and this was my first experience here. I had an appointment made for myself and my daughter last week. I had to pick her up from school to get her to this appointment in time. When we arrived I found out that the hygienist wasn’t there so they couldn’t clean my or her teeth. It was frustrating because I was confused as to why they didn’t call me to tell me that before we arrived. I would’ve rather rescheduled both of our appointments before taking her out of school for no reason. my husband and son were scheduled for their cleaning next week, so they added us on to their appointment so we can all come in together. The reason why I’m giving 4 stars is because even though they couldn’t clean our teeth, they still did my X-rays and checked my teeth for cavities. Every single staff member that my daughter (6 years old) and I interacted with were extremely nice and friendly. They all were very welcoming and friendly to my daughter and myself. It really was incredible to witness. Very nice people working there. We will be back for that reason. UPDATE: my family and I went back for our second appointment the following week. 4 of us with the appointments starting at 9:30am. My husband and son went there first and got there at 9:15, as they requested. They waited and waited. At 10am my husband asked what was going on. They said that there was an issue with us being scheduled on this day and time because we are new patients and those appointments take longer. That still didn’t explain why they couldn’t get them cleaned and xray’d. We were very frustrated and confused. They waited a bit more and then they told them they couldn’t clean our son’s teeth because their hygienist wasn’t there again. They could only do my husband’s X-rays. Then they said that they don’t know who scheduled myself and daughter for the time slots there too because there’s no way that they could get us all done that morning. We were beyond frustrated that they couldn’t clean our teeth again! We left and I called to ask for their manager to call so we can explain our experience as new customers. It has been 5 days since that request and still nobody has called me from there. I am very disappointed with this place and will not be back. This company has horrible organizational skills that directly impacts the customer. Their lack of effort to rectify the two situations we encountered with multiple problems is very concerning."
